Cleaning Procedures
Dry ice blasting unit
For thorough cleaning we use a dry ice blasting unit.
A wide range of contaminants can be cleaned with a dry ice blasting unit, from light contamination, such as on a grinding machine, to heavy contamination on painting equipment. For this purpose we have several screw compressors in use.
Blasting cabinets
For paint stripping and cleaning of very heavily contaminated parts we have a large blasting room. There we process the parts with plastic pellets.
For cleaning smaller parts, such as spraying or pressure blasting machines, we use the small blasting cabinet. Only the impurities are removed, but the anodized layers are not damaged.

In order to operate the blasting cabinets, we have installed several screw compressors. Depending on the capacity requirements, compressors can be switched on to make optimum use of the equipment.
Ultrasonic cleaning:
In order to be able to clean channels of e.g. spraying machines properly, the components are cleaned in a heated ultrasonic tank.
Paint removal, suppliers:
For large quantities of parts to be stripped of paint, such as a complete paint line, we work with external paint removal service providers.
