Retrofit Overhauls
We offer professional overhaul of your used machines by our qualified staff according to the CE directives.
Why an overhaul?
Overhauls primarily serve to restore the technical availability, to optimize, to install additional functions, if necessary, or to improve performance.
An additional benefit is that the machines are also visually in a very good, clean, usually newly painted condition. For some types of machines, it is possible to check the operational capability of the machine during a test run before purchase.
Example of a typical overhaul procedure of an automatic spraying machine with options.
- Complete disassembly
- Cleaning of the machine
- Painting of the machine components
- Assembly of the machine with replacement of all defective parts and all wear parts.
In this stage, the specifications are fulfilled as per Customer requirements, e.g. adaptation of a gun arm from single version to dual design, with the option to install interchangeable crossbars with different spraying units. Special pumps with a quick-change system are mounted and a new gun control system is installed.
